ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – FOX 2 is your Home of the Rams and Monday night Rams fans are still buzzing over Sunday's big win over the Seattle Seahawks.  But with talk of the team leaving for Los Angeles, attendance was low, and many are wondering if success on the field can mend some fences with disgruntled fans.

It’s the question many fans were pondering going about Sunday's game, what exactly would the crowd be like in this building for the opener?

Well, there was good news and bad news.  The bad was the huge number of empty seats.  The team sold fewer than 52,000 tickets and those inside the building say it looked like there weren't even that many people there.  The good news, those who showed up made a lot of noise.

Tonight fans were packing a local bar for Coach Jeff Fisher's radio show, and comparing the energy in the dome to the glory days back in 1999.  They are also hoping results on the field will translate to some forgiving and forgetting on the part of disgruntled fans that stayed home.
