ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)- At least six families were disappointed to discover their cars were towed while they were at Fair St. Louis. They parked at the Hardees on Hampton, just south of I-64/Highway 40 to have breakfast before heading to the fair. When they returned later in the day, their cars were gone.

Drivers were told they couldn't get their cars back if they paid $340 in towing fees.
