ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Gas prices jumped about 40 cents a gallon in my neighborhood.  They were in the $2.40's yesterday and today they jumped to $2.80.  I have no idea why gas should cost 40 cents a gallon more today than the day before, but I know some people say it's a way to cash in on Memorial Day drivers.  All I know is if it keeps going up, I'll be doing more walking.
