Two in custody for O’Fallon juvenile shooting

O’FALLON, MO (KPLR) – Two people are in custody and a third person at-large in connection with a shooting Thursday afternoon in O’Fallon, Missouri.

The shooting took place before 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 in the 1600 block McQuade Drive. The victim, a juvenile, was already at a local hospital when police arrived at the scene.

According to Col. Roy Joachimstaler, the O’Fallon police chief, investigators determined the shooting happened during a drug deal. An adult shot the juvenile while they were inside a vehicle.
