ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)- It’s Tuesday and Cason from C3 Fitness stopped by with workout tips for a healthier you. This time he showed John Fuller the Summer Back Workout.

Summer Back Workout:

1. Burpee w/ row
2. Bent over flyes
3. Pullups assisted  or un-assisted
4. Wood chopper

3 sets  x 10 reps
