MARTHASVILLE, MO (KPLR) – A 4-year-old girl is attacked by a cat that wandered up to her home in Marthasville, Missouri. Gracie Satory was bitten and scratched by the big white long-haired cat Sunday.  If the animal is not found by Sunday, Gracie will have to begin a series of rabies shots.

The first injection will be given in her knee where the bite occurred.

The family has posted fliers asking for help in finding the animal.

The family says it is not interested in suing or having the cat taken away they just want to make sure Gracie does not contract the deadly disease.
