3 killed scaffolding collapse in North Carolina

RALEIGH, NC – Three people were killed in a scaffolding collapse in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina Monday morning. Officials say a section of scaffolding collapsed at a high-rise construction project and crashed into a parking lot below.

Three people were killed and another person was taken to the hospital.

Police and fire officials closed off a wide area around the glass and steel building.
