CREVE COEUR, MO (KTVI)- A Missouri Department of Transportation open house on plans to put median barriers on a part of Olive Boulevard will be held in Creve Coeur Tuesday. This project is going to start this summer. The barriers will dramatically change traffic patterns along a large portion of Olive Boulevard.

The goal of the barriers is to improve traffic flow.

The barriers will prevent drivers from making a left turn from the center lane along on Olive between Craig road and New Ballas road, but drivers will still be able to make left turns at Craig, Old Ballas and New Ballas roads.

The open house is from 4p.m. until 7p.m. at Creve Coeur City Hall.
