ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KPLR) – It’s exactly what police encourage drivers to do, pull over if you’re in an accident no matter how minor.

That’s what happened to a 23-year-old woman at around 11:55 Sunday night. She was driving east on Gravois just past Sappington Road when her car was bumped by another vehicle.

She says a black male got out of the car with a silver handgun, ordered her to the ground, and robbed her.

The woman says there were three additional men in the suspect’s vehicle, described as a late 90’s model white small car.

Police say there are precautions you can take so incidents like this one and a similar one in Kirkwood nearly two weeks ago don’t happen. Like pulling over in well lit areas.
