3 St. Charles County cities suing to overturn county ban on red light cameras

ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – Three St. Charles county municipalities are trying to get a red light camera ban stopped.

Back in November an overwhelming majority of St. Charles County residents voted in favor of a charter amendment to ban red light Cameras County wide.

And now like just like almost everything else involving red light cameras, the vote is being challenged in court.
