Ferguson looks forward after looting and vigil for Michael Brown

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KPLR) – As the residents of Ferguson pick-up the pieces from Sunday’s lootings following the vigil for 18-year-old Michael Brown; there is a mood of despair, anger and frustration in the air for community residents.

Some are anger over the police shooting of Michael Brown wanting justice for the Brown family; while others are frustrated over the lack of communication with Ferguson’s city leaders and police department.

Community activist and leaders are urging calm and dialogue with the community as people are coming to terms with Michael Brown’s shooting and what is the best path to move forward.
