FERGUSON, MO (KPLR) – On a day of clean-up for businesses in Ferguson following Sunday nights looting, many business owners and stores are worried about what Monday could bring. But for now the name of the game is to clean-up, get the doors open for business.
While the clean-up continues many businesses are saddened over the fact their stores were targeted by looters; especially after so many years of serving Ferguson. Businesses not touched by the looting tried to open today but were shutdown by protest on West Florissant and Florissant Road near the Ferguson police headquarters.
Now those businesses are hoping customers will come back and shop in Ferguson.
