(KPLR)-   It might be bad timing, but a local group plans to use a wrecked bus as a prop in support of the Missouri Transportation tax proposal.

The Laborers International Union has been touring the country with a school bus carrying a prop resembling a piece of a fallen bridge.

They’re pushing Congress to pas a fully-funded highway bill.

They are also endorsing “Amendment 7”, which includes the three-quarter cent sales tax hike for transportation, on the August 5th ballot.
