Police arrest robbery suspect

Craig PomerleeST. LOUIS, MO  (KPLR) – An East St. Louis man is behind bars for allegedly robbing five men at gunpoint.

It happened Monday in downtown St. Louis.

Police say Craig Pomerlee, 32, was in a red Chevy Blazer when he and two other got out and approached the five suspects walking along South Broadway.

Pomerlee and the two other suspects took the victim’s money and property and left the area.

Promerlee is charged with first degree robbery and armed criminal action.  He’s being held on $500,000 bond.
