World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park damaged

ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Someone damaged the steps at the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. They removed a huge concrete ball that sits near the pavilion, rolled it through the pavilion and down the steps on the north side.

The weight of the ball damaged the steps.

Police are investigating.

    Hi- even though I moved from Florissant in 1998- and have lived and retired on the southern Oregon coast; I still feel attach4ed in some ways. It is abhorent to me that someone would deface such a wonderful place and tourist sitng with people/ I hope – when they aree caught- they are punished to the fullest extent of the law..Linda Grtimm R.N.

    Even the Hippies back in the 70’s did not try to damage this pavilion. How ignorant of someone to do this.
