East St. Louis detective back in court for reduced sentence hearing

(KTVI) - Former East St. Louis police detective Orlando "Monte" Ward returns to federal court on Friday. He pleaded guilty in November to charges of cocaine possession and distribution. Ward faces ten years to life in prison.

Friday's hearing will determine whether he might be eligible for a reduced sentence.
