The Missouri Mission of Mercy (MOMOM) event is a large scale dental clinic to provide free oral healthcare to patients of all ages who cannot otherwise afford it. About a million dollars’ worth of dental care is being given out for free. More than a thousand volunteers, dentists, hygenists, techs, and the like, are providing whatever the people need.

The free clinic began on Friday.

The Missouri Dental Association say the demand for this, the lines of people showing up, are all the proof you need that there is a dental crisis in Missouri.
