“The Doctors” co-host Dr. Ian Smith explains his new calorie burning work-out

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – Dr. Ian Smith is the co-host of the Emmy award winning daytime talk show, The Doctors. He is also a best selling author and member of the President’s Council on Fitness. He has one of the top three best selling diet/fitness books of 2013 and 2014.

Smith has an a new exercise CD called BURN 27 SHRED. The workout burns lots of calories in a short period of time. It doesn’t use any equipment or require a gym membership. It’s a combination of cardio and muscle toning.
