John Rogers is one of the partners at Rosenblum's law firm. He released this statement to the public.

"My Law Partner Scott Rosenblum was involved in an automobile accident at midnight last night.

Neither party suffered any injury.

Scott had just successfully acquitted Mr. Hughes after a jury trial that lasted well over a week. The hours of preparation and exhaustion that followed was certainly a factor that contributed to the accident.
