Annual Easter egg hunt held at De Smet HS

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KPLR) – More than six hundred children and their families took part in the annual east egg hunt at De Smet high school Sunday morning. The morning's rain and storms forced the hunt inside, but the children managed to hunt down 3,000 candy-filled plastic eggs.

Traditionally, the egg hunt is held on the football field every year.

After the hunt, everyone moved to the cafeteria for face painting and other activities.
