ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - We have a couple of very special guests in this edition of, "Afternoons on 11" They are sisters from St. Louis with a unique sound. Bella and Lily are making a name for themselves in the music world. Bella & Lily are an indie band that burst onto the music scene with an array of original pop songs.

After launching a successful Kickstarter campaign in the spring of 2013, Bella & Lily selected producer Henry Hirsc to produce their first album, a six song CD titled Count To Ten that was released on October 11, 2013. While recording their first album one of their top donors had his daughter go missing during the campaign. He found her and brought her back home to safety several weeks later. For giving so generously, the girls wrote him a song. They chose to celebrate the return of his daughter. Both girls were really touched by what this man went through

The band has a headlining show at The Sheldon Concert Hall Tonight 7:30pm. The album is available through all digital stores and Kaldi`s Coffee House restaurants.

Bella & Lily opened for American Idol winner, David Cook and The Go-Go`s at The Pageant, and were invited back up on stage with the band.
