Endangered Person Advisory issued for Jefferson City child

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (KPLR) – The Jefferson City Police have issued an endangered person advisory for a missing Jefferson City child. The child, 23-month-old Jack M. Randolph was in his mother’s care, when she received a text message from Kerry M. Randolph asking if he and a friend could take Jack Randolph to Atlanta, Georgia.

Police are looking for Kerry M. Randolph, age 36, who is 6 feet tall, thin build, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing black and orange hooded sweatshirt and jeans. They are also looking for Luca Diehl, age 26.

The two men were last seen in the 1100 block of West Main Street in Jefferson City Sunday around 12:30 pm, in a white 1996 Cadillac Eldorado with the license plate of WB7X6A.
