Harley Pasternak: Putting “good fats” in your diet

(KPLR) – Celebrity trainer and nutritionist Harley Pasternak has devoted his life to helping people get in shape and live a healthier life. He explains to Christine Buck eating healthy doesn’t mean ditching fats in our diet, it means knowing which fats are good for you.

He advises his clients to avoid partially hydrogenated oils and look for “good fats” like those found inproduce like avocadoes.
