ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- Despite the call to stay off the roads, some Blues fans refused to let down the team Tuesday night.

Fox 2 was there as Blues fans showed up in droves to see their favorite team take on the Senators.

We stopped some of them and asked why they braved the cold temperatures and snowy road they didn't seem to be too worried about it.

We also caught up with tow truck drivers who say it’s been a very busy day.

Drivers say most of their calls were caused by slide offs, minor accidents and dead batteries.

The Blues lost to the Senators 5-4. The game ended in a shootout.
