Fire leaves a family of 8 without a home

ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – St. Louis Firefighters were called to a house fire at the corner of Pamplin and West Florissant in north St. Louis Sunday morning. All the residents in the home escaped the fire, but the fire has left the family of four adults, three children and one infant homeless.

Only one person was injured, and was treated for smoke inhalation.

The Red Cross is assisting the family.
