Here’s the weight loss photo deemed ‘unfit’ for Facebook
BELLEVUE, WA – Social media is how we vent, relate, and a lot of times to show off. As long as what you show is in good taste, what could possibly go wrong? This is what happened to one woman, whose picture was not fit for Facebook.
Marilyn McKenna weighed 265 pounds. She thought this picture would the best was to demonstrate what she’s lost and gained. She made it her fan page profile picture. but, Facebook found a problem.
“These types of images are considered to be promoting idealized physical appearances and are policy violating.” said a facebook representative.
The wife of the former State Attorney General wasn’t pleased. McKenna may have lost weight, but she didn’t mince words.
“I said, ‘Yeah, I call bullsh– on Facebook.”
A comment like that could get kicked off facebook as well.
