Tornado victims wait for aid from FEMA

CREVE COEUR, IL. (CNN) - A new deal from FEMA means some Illinois residents, who were displaced by the November tornado, are finally getting answers.

Some are looking forward to assistance, but others feel like they're still stuck in the agency's red tape.

Sophie Nielsen-Kolding has more, and tells us why one man is still frustrated waiting for aid.
