Rocco DiSpirito’s new diet plan

(KPLR) - Do you have some holiday weight to shed?  Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito talked with Elliot Weiler about "The Pound A Day Diet: Lose up to 5 pounds in 5 days by eating the foods you love.”

He has advice for tackling the grocery store while you start a new diet and how to stay on track.

Rocco’s plan is billed as re-writing every carb/fat/calorie rule in the book, and is based on three breakthrough diet insights of effective, scientifically based weight loss: calorie correction, carb density, and the Mediterranean diet pattern.
