Warming centers open; Heat Up St. Louis accepting donations

(KTVI) – Heat Up St. Louis wants to help area seniors and people with disabilities stay warm this winter.

The charity pays heating bills for qualified low-income households.  Heat Up St. Louis is accepting donations right now.
