I’ve lost 22 lbs since October because I recognized that I had enough time to eat right and work out. I work out 5-6 times per week and I take the time to cook a healthy breakfast every morning consisting of egg beaters with spinach, mushroom, onion and peppers. I fix turkey bacon to go with it and toast a sandwich thin. I had to recognize that I AM WORTH IT. No one deserves my time more than me.
