KIRKDWOOD, MO (KTVI)-- There was a chilly change in the air Wednesday night as temperatures tumble into the 40's.

Cheerleaders at the Kirkwood High School Football game say this is the coldest it`s been all season.

Parents wore lots of warm weather gear.

Concession stand volunteers expected to sell as many as 70 gallons of hot chocolate.

Parents know it`s important to be there to show support no matter the weather.

Cheerleaders say the key to keeping warm is to keep moving.
