ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)--The St. Louis Cardinals beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-2 in 13 innings to take a 1-0 lead in the NLCS.

Juan Uribe hit a two out single up the middle to score Hanley Ramirez and Adrian Gonzalez in the 3rd inning.

Carlos Beltran crushed a double to deep centerfield to score Joe Kelly and Matt Carpenter which tied the game 2-2 in the 3rd.

Carlos Beltran's single to right field scored Daniel Descalso in the 13th inning.

Game 2 is at 3:07 p.m. Saturday at Busch Stadium.
