Resources to help navigate health insurance exchanges

(KPLR) – Beginning Tuesday, people can begin enrolling in public health insurance exchanges offered through the Affordable Care Act.

Residents of both Missouri and Illinois can start signing up to the exchanges.  

If you’re unsure of what the Affordable Care Act means to you and what the act means for you and/or families healthcare; federal, state and some city’s have put out resources for the public to use for getting help.
