COLORADO (FOX NEWS) – Colorado Theater shooting suspect James Holmes was back in court Monday (9/30), where his attorneys hinted they may not be ready for his trial.
Holmes appearing in court clean-shaven and with neatly combed hair.
This is a change for the alleged killer…who has appeared in court with a beard and long unkempt hair.
Meantime, Holmes’ lawyers asked the judge to give them more time to file motions and set deadlines for prosecutors to give them a witness list for the trial.
The prosecution says they currently do not know how many of the potential four-thousand witnesses they will call.
The judge says he’ll rule on the deadlines later.
Holmes is accused of killing twelve and injuring seventy in a shooting massacre at an aurora movie theater.
