Labor Day grilling and side ideas
ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI) – Tucanos Brazilian Grill stopped by to give April Simpson some grilling tips for this Labor Day. Pahoran da Silva shared a great salad recipe.
In large mixing bowl, place 2 quarts of spinach leaves, 1 cup of sliced hearts of palm and a 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits.
Toss with 1/2 cup passion fruit or strawberry dressing and mix thoroughly.
Toss 1/2 cup sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar toasted almonds over the top and serve.
