California school tracking students on facebook
ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – There’s been plenty of controversy over school principals accused of going too far when it comes to keeping an eye on their students.
Some say setting up a fake Facebook page goes too far. Well, now a California school isn’t hiding its intentions.
A California district has hired a company to monitor students’ Facebook pages.
The district hopes to stop bullying, prevent crime and keep students safer.
Some parents appreciate the fact the district is being upfront about its intentions. Plus it’s a lesson for students that what you post on Facebook is not really private.
I’m JB and that’s the way it oughta be.
