ST. LOUIS, MO. (KPLR) - A tough times for the Redbirds, as Yadier Molina goes in for an MRI. He left game two in Pittsburgh with a right knee sprain.
Molian is one player the Cardinals can least afford to lose, a strong MVP candidate, a rock behind the plate. But Yadi Molina isn't superman, he's human with human aches and pains from playing the toughest position in baseball.
Molina is back in St. Louis, on the 15 day disabled list with the Cardinals in Pittsburgh, slumping thru a six game skid and in second place.
They play Pittsburgh at PNC two more times then head to Cincinnati, it's by far the toughest stretch they've faced in 2013 and they're doing it without their best player.
