ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- Parents have until tomorrow to enroll their children to transfer from the unaccredited Riverview Gardens and Normandy School Districts.

For Riverview Gardens: students have the option of attending either Mehlville or Kirkwood with free bus transportation.

Kirkwood says they may able to take around 100 students, Mehlville roughly 150 students.

Parents who originally chose Mehlville can change their selection to Kirkwood if they desire.

As for Normandy students, they have the option of attending Francis Howell which comes with free bus service.

The superintendent of Riverview believes a loss of students will hurt the failing district.

The Kirkwood superintendent agrees.

Between Normandy and Riverview Gardens, about 2,000 students are expected to transfer.

Kirkwood plans to meeting with current parents August 6th at Kirkwood High School.
