O'FALLON, MO (KTVI)-- An O`Fallon, Mo teenager is facing child molestation charges for the second time this year.
Police say Donald Knaust was out on bail for one child molestation charge when he molested another victim twice.
"The first one occurred at the Ft. Zumwalt North High School," said O`Fallon, Mo police officer Diana Damke.
Police say in the first incident in January, Knaust tried to molest an 8 year old boy at a sporting event at the high school.
According to police, the boy tried to run away but Knaust picked up the child, took him to another room and inappropriately touched him.
Damke said Knaust was arrested in June, after a report of two molestations that occurred sometime between May 1st and June 1st of 2013. She says an eight year old boy was raped on two separate occasions.
According to police, one attack occurred on the 1400 block of Garnet Dr. and the other occurred on the 200 block of Crystal Ridge Dr. The two streets intersect in a quite O`Fallon neighborhood.
Damke says it`s always a good idea for parents to talk to their kids about staying safe. She advises children to run away from any situation where they feel uncomfortable.
