1. Mountain climbers

2. Burpees w/ jumping jack

3. In and out squat jumps

4. Push ups

5. Reverse crunch with bicycle with toe touches 10 each

6. Bear crawls

7. Plank w/ scissors

Every exercise in order 10 reps x 5 rounds 1 minute rest.
