ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - This week's edition of The Pulse Of St. Louis is about flooding in the metro area. There's record flooding on the Illinois River. The Mississippi, Meramac and Missouri Rivers were swollen above flood, but are receding. Several river citys, including historic Clarksville launched massive sandbagging efforts to save their towns from rising flood waters. Is the threat over or will they have to do it again later this spring?
