(KPLR) – Cason, from C3Fitnessm, has a cross training workout to burn fat and lose weight.

1. Burpee 10 reps with row and tricep kickback
2. Incline chest press 10 reps
3. Incline bicep curls / hammer curls 10 reps
4. Squat shoulder press 10 reps
5. Dips 10 reps
6. Mountain climbers 20 reps
7. Front and side raises w/bent over flyes 10reps

3 rounds 90 sec rest between each round.
