Tourist Jumps Out Of Window To Escape Rape Attempt In India

ANGRA, INDIA (KTVI) – Authorities are investigating an alleged rape attempt that ended with the woman jumping from a hotel window.

The Times Of India reports the  25-year-old British woman agreed to allow a man to give her a massage on Tuesday morning. The massage turned into an attack when the man allegedly attempted to molest her. The tourist was left a leg fracture after eluding her attacker by existing the hotel window.

Sunday five men confessed to a gang rape of a Swiss woman in Central India according to CNN. The assault had taken place on a New Dehli bus. The victim was unable to recover and died while being hospitalized.
