Cahokia “Moo-Cow” Murder Suspect Captured In Nebraska

(KTVI)-A murder suspect on the run for more than two months has reportedly been captured in Nebraska.  James “Moo-Cow” Harris, 24, was wanted on a first degree murder charge, for the January 11th shooting death of Sanchez Garner, 29, near Cahokia, IL on January 11th.

U.S. Marshals reportedly captured him near Lincoln, Nebraska, after getting a tip.  Harris has been featured on billboards and on “Metro’s Most Wanted” on FOX 2.

Harris has waived extradition. Authorities are headed to Nebraska to bring him back to the St. Clair County Jail. He’ll be booked on a charge of first degree murder. Bail has been set at $1 million.
