(KTVI) – Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes apparently changed her look drastically, as shown on her twitter picture post with the caption “Wink .”

There have been reports of bizarre behavior and various driving violations. Bynes released a statement requesting for privacy, “I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”
