Willy Switkes Dies

(KTVI) – Famed character actor Willey Switkes has died.   He was best known for his minor rolls in “Tootsie” and “Taxi Driver.

Switkes was reportedly battling colon cancer.  He lived in New York City and appeared in Broadway productions such as “The Cherry Orchard’ and “A Thousand Clowns”

Switkes was 83.
