H&R Block SNAFU Angers Customers Over Delayed Refunds

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– Thousands of H&R Block customers are still waiting for their refunds, weeks after they filed electronically. The issue is a software glitch impacting people who claimed an educational tax credit on IRS Form 8863.

On its Facebook page, H&R Block acknowledges the problem and says it is working with the IRS on an expedited solution.
