Stadium Parking Garage Bridge Coming Down

DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS (KTVI)-Work is underway on the St. Louis Ballpark Village development. First up: demolition. Earlier this week the former Bowling Hall of Fame was demolished. On Saturday, the old walkway bridge from the Stadium Parking garage west is coming down.

That bridge over 8th Street at Clark once connected directly to the former Busch Stadium.

The first phase of Ballpark Village involves the Anheuser-Busch Brewhouse, a 20,000-square foot restaurant and beer garden, and Cardinals Nation, a 30,000-square foot space consisting of a Cardinals themed restaurant, Cardinals Hall of Fame museum and rooftop seating.
