Driver Rescued After Car Rolls Over on I-44

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A man had to be rescued Wednesday morning after his pick-up truck rolled over him.

The accident happened just after midnight at Interstate 270 and Interstate 44.  The man was going northbound on I-270 tried to get on the I-44 eastbound ramp, but instead rolled his truck off the side of the road.

The vehicle had him pinned for 45 minutes while crews lifted the truck off of him.  There is no word on the cause of the accident or the condition of the driver.
