MO Valley Commisssioner Says Two Teams A Lock For NCAA Tournament

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – Missouri Valley Commissioner Doug Elgin believes two teams from his conference are locks for the NCAA Tournament.  On Sunday Sports Extra, Elgin told sports director Rich Gould Creighton and Wichita State are all but certain of making the 64 team field.  Arch Madness begins Thursday at Scottrade Center, St. Louis.
